Editorial Policy

Our commitment to evidence-based, clinician-reviewed content in children's mental health.

Evidence-Based Content

Every article published under Clinical Insights is grounded in peer-reviewed research. We cite primary sources and link to the original studies so readers can verify claims independently.

Clinical Review Process

All Clinical Insights content is reviewed by a licensed clinician — a psychiatrist, psychologist, or licensed clinical social worker with expertise in children's and adolescent mental health. Reviewers verify clinical accuracy, appropriate context, and responsible messaging.

Author Qualifications

Our contributors are licensed mental health professionals, researchers, or the Emora Health editorial team writing under clinical supervision. Each author's credentials are displayed alongside their content.

Citation Standards

We follow academic citation practices. Claims are supported by references to peer-reviewed journals, professional guidelines (AAP, APA, AACAP), and authoritative public health sources. All references are listed at the end of each article.

Corrections & Updates

If we identify an error or if new research changes our understanding of a topic, we update the article and note the modification date. Substantive corrections are transparently disclosed.

Independence

Clinical Insights content is editorially independent. Our clinician contributors provide their professional judgment without commercial influence. We disclose any relevant affiliations.
