She provided great information, was transparent throughout the entire process, and took the time to make sure she would be a good fit for my daughter before moving forward. That really gave me confidence that her priority was making sure my daughter received the support she needed. My daughter also felt comfortable with her right away, which made the experience even better.

I am deeply passionate about walking alongside children, adolescents, and adults as they navigating life's stressors and challenges - including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, and bullying. I believe therapy works best as a true partnership. My approach is person-centered and grounded in genuine, empathetic collaboration, so you always feel heard, respected, and safe. Together, we'll create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what's going on for you, connect with your emotions, and build the coping skills that help you feel more like yourself - and move toward a life that feels lighter and more fulfilling.

My approach is warm, genuine, and nonjudgmental-- with a little humor and playfulness woven in along the way. I want my clients to feel safe being exactly who they are, whether that means talking through big emotions, laughing together, or simply taking things one step at a time. My primary modalities include EMDR, CBT, and DBT. My goal is to create a space where both children and parents feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. I look forward to meeting you.

Janet has made my child feel very comfortable. They look forward to meeting with Janet next time. Janet and I were able to come to an agreement on how communication will be held between us so that my child can get the best support on both sides. This gave me such peace of mind.

Good tempo and pace so far. AJ had some good probing questions for both Nadia and myself that made the session feel worthwhile. It was our first therapy session so there was some healthy amount of awkwardness but it felt needed and productive.

Tiffany is the first person to really hear and listen to my daughter while also taking my concerns into consideration. She immediately zeroed in on a few things she knew that my daughter would respond to. I look forward to more sessions.

I felt very comfortable opening up, much quicker than I expected. We unpacked a lot in 60 minutes, and I have a few helpful things to think about before our next session. The biggest thing was shifting my mindset to the fact that I'm in charge of my emotions, and not letting others actions, or inactions guide my "boat."
