Biography

I am a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A) dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, and healing from difficult experiences. I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and self-esteem concerns, and I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported. My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and strengths-based, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based interventions, and motivational interviewing. I believe in meeting clients where they are and working together to build practical coping strategies that promote emotional regulation, resilience, and long-term growth. I value cultural awareness, identity, and faith as meaningful aspects of the healing process and strive to honor each client’s lived experience. My goal is to empower clients to gain clarity, increase self-confidence, and create sustainable changes that support improved well-being and a more fulfilling life.
