Biography

I am a trauma-informed mental health counselor who utilizes an eclectic approach-including EMDR- to meet the individual needs of my clients. My approaches help us explore both practical skills, deeper self-understanding, and allow for the brain to heal itself naturally. I provide a person-centered, non-judgmental space where you can be exactly who you are. Together, we’ll focus on calming the nervous system, building emotional resilience, and fostering self-compassion.
