Biography

therapy since 2014. I earned my graduate degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with specialized training in working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, empathetic, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and strengths-based interventions. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe therapy should be both practical and meaningful, helping clients develop effective coping strategies while also gaining deeper insight into themselves. My goal is to help clients identify their strengths, build resilience, and create lasting, positive change. I am committed to meeting each client where they are and walking alongside them as they work toward healing, growth, and improved well-being.
