Biography

I am a Licensed Mental Health counselor with over 40 years in the field. I have a great passion for working with children and teens. I can address depression, anxiety, anger management, PTSD and self harm issues among others. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build a stronger sense of self-worth. My goal is to help clients uncover their strengths, gain clarity, and create a path toward personal growth and resilience.
