Biography
I am a compassionate and understanding therapist with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can show up as your true self without fear of judgment. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, relationship challenges, and major life changes. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I see therapy as a partnership where we work together to better understand your experiences, identify patterns, and build healthier ways of coping. I am passionate about helping clients feel empowered, confident, and equipped with tools that support long-term emotional growth and resilience.

I think Elle was happy after the session. It was shorter due to her having a friend over from last night. Appreciate Sydnee working with her that way.

My daughter felt very connected to her therapist. She also seemed very calm after. Thank you so much for hearing her and her needs at this time!
