Biography
I believe therapy should feel like a safe exhale. A place where you do not have to perform, over-explain, or pretend you are fine. My work is grounded in compassion and genuine curiosity about who you are beneath the stress, trauma, expectations, and self-doubt. I earned my Master's degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I am currently working on my Doctorate from National University. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, anger, PTSD, and self-esteem challenges. Whether you feel overwhelmed, stuck in painful patterns, or simply exhausted from carrying too much for too long, you do not have to face it alone. Therapy with me is collaborative. You are the expert on your life. I help you slow things down, make sense of your experiences, and build tools that create meaningful change. Using evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, we focus on strengthening emotional awareness, improving coping skills, and increasing resilience. My goal is not just symptom relief. It is growth. I want you to leave therapy with greater clarity, confidence, and a stronger connection to yourself. Healing is about reconnecting with the parts of you that have always been capable and worthy.
