Biography

I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or relationship stress. You might not have perfect words for what is going on, but you know something needs to change. My goal is to offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported as we make sense of what you are carrying and what you want to be different. I am a trauma-informed therapist trained in EMDR, and I use a solution-focused approach to help you find relief and build lasting change. Together, we will develop practical tools for coping and self-soothing, including mindfulness, grounding, and emotional regulation skills, while also working through experiences that may still be shaping your thoughts, feelings, and relationships. I graduated from Abilene Christian University and am finishing my doctorate at Texas Woman’s University. Whether you are seeking individual support or hoping to strengthen connections in your relationship or family, I am here to walk with you toward healing, clarity, and hope.
