Biography

I am an encouraging and supportive mental health counselor. I graduated from Lynn University with a specialization in art therapy for children, teens and adults. I am deeply committed to helping people with life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation and trauma concerns. My therapeutic approach is rooted in authentic and evidence-based practices. I strive to create a safe, compassionate and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. With my collaborative style, individuals are encouraged to explore their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and develop greater self-awareness and confidence. I am passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths, gain clarity in difficult moments, and build resilience. My goal is to empower each person to create meaningful, lasting change and move forward with a stronger sense of hope in their lives.
