Biography

I am a compassionate mental health counselor who graduated from Touro University Worldwide with a specialization in child and adolescent mental health. I am deeply passionate about supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, anger management, PTSD, and self-esteem concerns. As a registered Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida, I bring experience working in a hospital-based setting, where I support individuals and families through complex emotional, relational, and life transitions. My clinical perspective is rooted in a systemic approach, recognizing the impact of relationships, family dynamics, and life experiences on overall well-being. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, ensuring that each client feels heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can explore their emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and build a stronger sense of self-worth. My goal is to help clients uncover their strengths, gain clarity, and create a path toward personal growth, healing, and resilience.

My daughter felt very comfortable talking with her. We enjoyed our first session and are looking forward to more.
