I work with young adults (ages 18-35) that are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, self esteem concerns, and life transitions. I am passionate about creating a genuine, nonjudgmental, and trauma-informed space where clients can show up as they are, without pressure to have everything figured out. My approach is both supportive and direct, as I meet clients where they are while also helping them move forward in ways that feel realistic and meaningful.
