I work with children and families to support and strengthen their connections. I do individual and family counseling. Growing up is hard and so is parenting! We all have times when we could use extra support. Working with children means talking, role playing, games, and other activities. You can learn a lot using all of these! I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools and Rebound and Recovery. I have experience with many approaches, including CBT and TF-CBT.
