Biography
I am a compassionate mental health counselor with a Master's degree in Counseling and am currently pursuing my PsyD in Clinical Psychology as a doctoral candidate. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life's challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. Parents are an important part of the healing process, and I believe therapy works best when families feel like active partners. I work collaboratively with caregivers by providing support, education, and practical strategies that can be used at home. My goal is to create a team approach where children feel safe, parents feel supported, and everyone has a voice. One of my favorite quotes from Howl's Moving Castle says, "They say that the best blaze burns brightest when circumstances are at their worst." I believe that even during difficult seasons, healing, growth, and hope are possible and no one has to walk that journey alone.
