Biography
I work with children, teens, families, and women—especially mothers—who are navigating ADHD, executive functioning challenges, depression, anxiety, parenting stress, and life transitions. I know how overwhelming life can feel when emotions, responsibilities, school concerns, or family needs start to pile up, and I want therapy to feel like a safe and encouraging place to sort through it all. My approach is CBT-informed, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, with a focus on practical tools clients can use in everyday life. I bring experience from private practice, school-based settings, community service, and nonprofit work, along with a deep love for supporting children and families. I especially enjoy helping clients feel understood, hopeful, and more capable of taking the next right step. My therapeutic style is warm, creative, organized, and rooted in compassion, collaboration, and hope.
