Biography

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) who earned my Master of Social Work from Walden University. I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, bullying, emotional regulation, and developing healthy coping skills. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help individuals build practical coping skills, increase confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, empowered, and encouraged to recognize their strengths as they work toward improved emotional well-being.
