Biography
I am a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated from Liberty University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am deeply passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate through life’s challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, PTSD, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is primarily person centered, grounded in empathy, collaboration, encouragement and evidence-based practices. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies and skills, and build a stronger foundation of positive self-worth and dignity. I believe in taking the time to dive deep and to provide insight into the areas of life we sometimes question. My goal is to help clients uncover their strengths, gain clarity, and create a path toward personal growth and resilience. I have always believed that life is tough, but so are we. A therapeutic relationship is the majority against the adversity. But all it takes is a leap of courage, because you’ll never know, unless you try. My goal is to help you soar like never before. I’ll walk alongside you in the deep trenches until we reach the light. We’ll untangle the ball of trauma, one by one, and we’ll unpack the multilayered pain that you have carried for so long. Just believe and receive. Therefore, you will…. achieve.
