From my second session with Tiffany Ally, I felt completely at ease. The environment she create is safe and non-judgmental, allowing me to open up and engage fully in the process. She is excellent at explaining complex ideas and always ensure I understand the goals for each session. I am so grateful for the positive change and the professional, caring approach.
