Hi, I’m Kendall. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who’s passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. I’ve worked in a variety of settings—including schools, hospitals, and community care—and I bring that broad experience into my work with children, teens, and adults. My approach is collaborative and grounded in compassion. Whether you’re navigating a tough transition, feeling overwhelmed, or hoping to better understand yourself, I’m here to help you explore what’s going on beneath the surface and build on the strengths you already have. Clients often describe me as calm, open-minded, and easy to talk to. I’ll meet you where you are and support you in moving forward with care and intention.

I am an authentic and empathetic mental health therapist who believes strongly in the practice of empowering others through a means of heightened personal awareness and development of a sense of capacity. I believe it’s important to focus on helping others to understand their personal patterned behavior in a safe and open minded environment. I graduated with my Masters from Eastern Illinois University in 1995 and obtained my LCPC in 1998 and I’ve been practicing in the field ever since. I have a strong passion for helping others learn how to experience self-compassion and develop coping strategies that will aid them in working towards the things that are most important to them and align with their values.
