Biography
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping teens, young adults, and adults navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, anger management difficulties, relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, ADHD, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. My approach is warm, empathic, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based approaches, I help clients gain insight, develop coping skills, and build resilience. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths and equip them with the tools needed to manage stressors and foster lasting growth.
