Biography
Hi there. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and earned my degree from the University of Central Florida. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and the everyday challenges that can quietly build over time. I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, supportive, and free of judgment—a space where you can show up as you are and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, we’ll take things one step at a time and focus on what feels most helpful for you. My approach is warm, collaborative, and guided by your unique needs. When you feel ready, support is here.
