What does our first session look like?
Our first session will be us getting to know each other and building trust and rapport.
Do you give homework or practice between sessions?
I provide homework to help with clients' progress by empowering them to to build coping skills, promote independence and practice skills learned outside of therapy and in their own natural environment.
How do you decide together when therapy is done?
We will review coping skills learned and discuss client's readiness to end therapy and client's wishes will be respected by the therapist.
