Biography
I believe healing happens when children and families feel safe enough to be themselves and explore their experiences without judgment. I provide therapy for children, teens, young adults, and families, helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional challenges, and stress. Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, I create a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to build resilience and move toward healing and growth.
