Biography
Hi, I’m Anuja Khadka, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), who works with children, adolescents, and adults. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed, somatic, and inner-child work to support meaningful and lasting change. With children and adolescents, I focus on creating a safe space to express emotions, build coping skills, and strengthen confidence, while also collaborating with caregivers. With adults, I help explore patterns shaped by past experiences, including attachment wounds and relational dynamics. My goal is to help you feel understood, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
