Biography

I am a compassionate bilingual mental health counselor who graduated from NC A&T State University. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigate life’s challenges in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to help each client feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. My approach is person-centered and integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet each client’s unique needs.
