Biography
I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families move toward meaningful and lasting change. My work is grounded in Solution-Focused Therapy, which emphasizes strengths, resilience, and practical strategies that empower clients to build the future they want rather than remain stuck in past difficulties. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, adjustment challenges, relationship conflict, behavioral concerns in children and adolescents, and life transitions. I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives, and my role is to create a supportive, structured, and collaborative environment where growth feels attainable and hopeful. My approach is warm, respectful, and goal-oriented. I focus on identifying what is already working, clarifying what change would look like, and developing clear, achievable steps forward. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I strive to foster empowerment, clarity, and confidence in each client’s ability to create meaningful solutions. I am committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported as they work toward greater emotional well-being and stronger relationships.
