Biography

As a Mental Health Therapist Associate, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. I specialize in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and sports-related anxiety. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for support as you move through a new phase of life, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe that each person is the expert of their own life, and therapy works best when we work together to explore your experiences, identify patterns, and build practical tools that support meaningful change. I primarily work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework, while also incorporating mindfulness-based techniques to help clients develop greater awareness, resilience, and emotional balance. I especially enjoy supporting individuals who want to better understand their thoughts, manage stress and anxiety, strengthen self-confidence, and improve overall well-being. I also work with athletes and high-performing individuals who experience performance pressure or sports-related anxiety, helping them build mental skills that support both performance and personal growth. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, capable, and connected to the life you want to live.
