Biography

I am a compassionate Marriage and Family Therapist Registered Intern and work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflict, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. My clinical experience includes supporting clients impacted by trauma, emotional abuse, domestic violence, parental divorce, substance-related family dynamics, and complex loss. My approach is collaborative, grounded in empathy, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space.
