Biography
I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI) in Florida and earned my Master of Social Work from Florida State University. I am passionate about creating a supportive, welcoming space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, exploring challenges, and working toward meaningful change. I provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, supporting clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD-related challenges, emotional and behavioral difficulties, anger, grief and loss, trauma, relationship and family conflict, self-esteem, coping skills, and life transitions. When working with children and teens, I value meeting them where they are developmentally while also collaborating with caregivers when appropriate. My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I incorporate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, grounding, and psychoeducation while tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. My goal is not only to help clients navigate current challenges, but also to help them better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, develop practical coping skills, and build confidence that extends beyond the therapy room.
