I am an empathic mental health professional who has supported those in need with trauma, relationships, anger, anxiety, depression, life transitions, school and social issues, and stress. The therapeutic process will provide the safe space you need to enhance your growth and awareness I am here to provide guidance, direction and support as you make the next step toward change. I utilize ACT, art therapy, TF-CBT, IFS and psychodynamic theory in a solution focused manner.

My 15 year old didn’t talk or engage very much, but Joy stayed positive and was thoughtful in what she said to him. I really appreciated that. I’m hoping he’ll open up more in future sessions when they are able to speak one on one.
