Dr. Ramsey was incredibly understanding and attentive throughout our visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly, guided us through the entire session, and answered all of our questions with patience and care. Most importantly, she truly listened to our concerns, which made us feel supported and respected. We’re very grateful for her thoughtful approach and compassionate care.

Starting out with the feelings wheel helped me name my feelings first, then talking through everything was helpful. I didn't realize how I was feeling until I saw some of the adjectives. It was the perfect mix of feeling better letting all of my frustrations out, but also learning tools to help with phobias.
