Your EHR
The Emora Care Platform, built from the ground up.
The Emora Care Platform is our own EHR, built from the ground up for work with kids, teens, and families. Scheduling, AI-assisted notes, treatment plans, measurement-based care, parent portals, and supervision sign-off live in one place. Nothing bolted on, nothing to switch between.
“I am loving the AI notes. That has been amazing. I think they do a really, really good job and capture the session in a way that I'm not even able to, and something that's really important to me is bringing presence in a session.”

Questions nurse practitioners ask
- Which states does Emora work with PMHNPs in?
- Every state where Emora works today, listed on this page, and we add states as we credential prescribers. Apply with the licenses you hold and we match you to families in those states.
- Do I need a collaborating physician?
- Where your state requires one for PMHNP practice, yes, and Emora has collaborating physicians in place. Full-practice-authority states do not require one; each state page tells you which applies.
- What does the caseload look like?
- Children and teens, most already in therapy with an Emora clinician who charts in the same record. You run initial evaluations and follow-ups, after school and evenings, by video, with measurement-based care in front of you before every visit. Emora does not prescribe stimulants or other controlled substances.
- How does pay work for prescribers?
- Per completed visit with a signed note, set by state; the application shows you the exact figure before any call. Paid twice a month by direct deposit, whether or not the payer has paid us yet.
Clinical oversight and quality of care
Selective on the way in, measured every session after.
Selective by design
Less than 7% of applicants are accepted. We ask about your under-10 toolkit, your pediatric caseload, and your no-show playbook, and we check the answers in a clinical interview.
Standing you can see
Your first eight clients set your standing. Attendance, cancellations, and retention are on your dashboard from week one, and the same numbers guide who we send new families to.
Measurement in every session
Validated scales for the right ages run between visits, and the results reach you before the session, so care is measured, not guessed.
A clinical team on call
Biweekly clinical office hours with the Clinical Director, one-to-one support when you ask, and real-time support through in-product messaging. Supervision for associates and collaborating physicians for prescribers are in place.
