Supervise the next generation of child therapists, paid by the hour.
Supervise associates who treat kids, teens, and parents through Emora, and be paid per supervision hour. Emora matches you with associates in your state, schedules supervision around your caseload, tracks their hours in the EHR, and pays you per supervision hour, twice a month. You bring the supervisor credential your board requires and the time to review and sign off hours each week. You keep your own caseload and shape how new clinicians learn to treat kids, teens, and parents.
We get you in network with the plans families already have.
48 hours
to hear back, and you see your rates when you apply.
5 to 40+
sessions a week, at the size you choose. Emora books them.
3 to 8 pm
is when demand peaks. You set the hours you open.

Your EHR
The Emora Care Platform, built from the ground up.
The Emora Care Platform is our own EHR, built from the ground up for work with kids, teens, and parents. Scheduling, AI-assisted notes, treatment plans, measurement-based care, parent portals, and supervision sign-off live in one place. You work in one chart with one login, and there is no second system to open for notes or billing.
“I’m really impressed with the AI notes. They’ve been incredibly helpful and do a great job of capturing the session in a way that is both thorough and nuanced. What I particularly appreciate is that they allow me to stay fully present and engaged with the client rather than dividing my attention between the conversation and documentation. Presence in the therapeutic relationship is extremely important to me, so that has been a significant benefit.”

What supervisors on Emora say
Working with Emora has been amazing! From the moment I started, the platform has been a Godsend. Unlike other platforms I’ve heard about, my time with Emora has been phenomenal. Provider Support has been super helpful; the attentiveness they’ve shown me as a clinician, their responsiveness, their care, has been outstanding. It’s something I’ve never experienced before with a platform. Emora actually listens to their clinicians, they truly value your feedback, suggestions, and genuinely makes every effort to implement practices that helps improve workflow and satisfaction. They’ve truly made me feel seen, heard, and valued!

Being on Emora feels like being at home to me. I am not only trusted as a clinician to make the decisions I feel are best for my clients, I also feel like my voice genuinely matters. The administrative team has made space for me to share my thoughts, my concerns, and my ideas, and that has been such a healing experience for me. Even members of leadership, including the COO, have taken the time to listen and care about what I have to say. How many places genuinely do that nowadays? Not many. That is one of the biggest reasons I love Emora. I feel respected, supported, and like I am part of something bigger where I am not just another provider on a platform, but an actual person whose perspective is valued always.

Questions supervisors ask
Who can supervise on Emora?
Licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) and psychologists who hold their board’s supervisor designation, in a state where Emora accepts associates. Each state page names the designation.
How are supervisors paid?
Per supervision hour, at a rate set by your state and license, twice a month by direct deposit. The application shows you the figure before any call.
How many associates would I supervise?
You set the number. Most supervisors take one to four associates, one supervision hour each per week, scheduled around their own caseload.
What does Emora handle?
Matching, scheduling, hour tracking in the EHR, the families the associate sees, and billing. You supervise and sign off.
Clinical oversight and quality of care
Measured every session, with a clinical team on call.
A real clinical interview
We ask about your under-10 toolkit, your pediatric caseload, and your no-show playbook, and we check the answers in a clinical interview.
Your numbers, from week one
Attendance, cancellations, and retention are on your dashboard from week one, so you see what families experience before anyone else raises it.
Measurement in every session
Age-matched scales such as the PHQ-A, GAD-7, SCARED, and Vanderbilt go out to families automatically between visits. The scores are in the chart before you open the session, so you walk in knowing what changed, and you decide what it means for the plan.
A clinical team on call
Biweekly clinical office hours with the Clinical Director, one-to-one consults when you ask, and same-day answers when you message the clinical team from inside the platform. Supervision for associates and collaborating physicians for prescribers are in place. You choose how much guidance you want, from weekly check-ins to a light touch.
