Supervise the next generation of child therapists, paid by the hour.
Emora matches you with associates in your state, schedules supervision around your caseload, tracks their hours in the EHR, and pays you per supervision hour, twice a month. You keep your own caseload and shape how new clinicians learn to treat kids and teens.
In network with the plans families already have.
<7%
of applicants are accepted. You hear back within 48 hours.
10 to 15
sessions a week, booked by Emora. You do no marketing.
3 to 9 pm
is when families book, weekdays and weekends.
4 sessions
before parents report improvement in their child's symptoms.

Your EHR
The Emora Care Platform, built from the ground up.
The Emora Care Platform is our own EHR, built from the ground up for work with kids, teens, and families. Scheduling, AI-assisted notes, treatment plans, measurement-based care, parent portals, and supervision sign-off live in one place. Nothing bolted on, nothing to switch between.
“I am loving the AI notes. That has been amazing. I think they do a really, really good job and capture the session in a way that I'm not even able to, and something that's really important to me is bringing presence in a session.”

It is empowering that you all allow me to do what I feel is best. Not all places are like this. You all have been so healing in so many ways.

The attentiveness that you guys have, especially for clinicians, the responsiveness. It has been really awesome. That, too, is something that I have never experienced. The fact that you all actually hear us, and you take things into account, and you actually apply it. And that, for me, as a clinician, makes me feel seen and heard.

Questions supervisors ask
- Who can supervise on Emora?
- Licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) and psychologists who hold their board’s supervisor designation, in a state where Emora accepts associates. Each state page names the designation.
- How are supervisors paid?
- Per supervision hour, at a rate set by your state and license, twice a month by direct deposit. The application shows you the figure before any call.
- How many associates would I supervise?
- You set the number. Most supervisors take one to four associates, one supervision hour each per week, scheduled around their own caseload.
- What does Emora handle?
- Matching, scheduling, hour tracking in the EHR, the families the associate sees, and billing. You supervise and sign off.
Clinical oversight and quality of care
Selective on the way in, measured every session after.
Selective by design
Less than 7% of applicants are accepted. We ask about your under-10 toolkit, your pediatric caseload, and your no-show playbook, and we check the answers in a clinical interview.
Standing you can see
Your first eight clients set your standing. Attendance, cancellations, and retention are on your dashboard from week one, and the same numbers guide who we send new families to.
Measurement in every session
Validated scales for the right ages run between visits, and the results reach you before the session, so care is measured, not guessed.
A clinical team on call
Biweekly clinical office hours with the Clinical Director, one-to-one support when you ask, and real-time support through in-product messaging. Supervision for associates and collaborating physicians for prescribers are in place.
