Run your therapy practice on Emora. We fill your caseload.
Run a therapy practice focused on kids, teens, and families on Emora, without running the business of one. We bring you the families, credential you with every payer we bill, and deposit your pay twice a month for every completed session. You bring the license, the clinical skill, and the after-school hours families book.
In network with the plans families already have.
<7%
of applicants are accepted. You hear back within 48 hours.
10 to 15

Your EHR
The Emora Care Platform, built from the ground up.
The Emora Care Platform is our own EHR, built from the ground up for work with kids, teens, and families. Scheduling, AI-assisted notes, treatment plans, measurement-based care, parent portals, and supervision sign-off live in one place. Nothing bolted on, nothing to switch between.
“I am loving the AI notes. That has been amazing. I think they do a really, really good job and capture the session in a way that I'm not even able to, and something that's really important to me is bringing presence in a session.”

It is empowering that you all allow me to do what I feel is best. Not all places are like this. You all have been so healing in so many ways.

It’s been amazing so far. I don’t have not one concern. Things are straightforward and not overly complicated. It’s just been great.

The attentiveness that you guys have, especially for clinicians, the responsiveness. It has been really awesome. That, too, is something that I have never experienced. The fact that you all actually hear us, and you take things into account, and you actually apply it. And that, for me, as a clinician, makes me feel seen and heard.

Questions therapists ask
- What licenses do you accept for therapists?
- LPC, LCSW, LMFT, and LMHC in the states where we work, and licensed psychologists (PhD or PsyD) who want a therapy caseload. Each state page lists the exact titles that state uses.
- How many families will you book for me?
- Ten to fifteen sessions a week is the common shape for therapists who open two or more after-school blocks. You set the ceiling, from five to thirty a week. Emora brings the families; you do no marketing.
- Do I keep my own practice?
- Yes. Many therapists run their Emora practice at 10 to 15 after-school sessions a week next to another role or practice, and some grow it into their main practice.
- How does pay work?
- Per completed session with a signed note, set by your license and state; you see the exact figure inside the application, before any call. Paid twice a month by direct deposit, whether or not the payer has paid us yet.
Clinical oversight and quality of care
Selective on the way in, measured every session after.
Selective by design
Less than 7% of applicants are accepted. We ask about your under-10 toolkit, your pediatric caseload, and your no-show playbook, and we check the answers in a clinical interview.
Standing you can see
Your first eight clients set your standing. Attendance, cancellations, and retention are on your dashboard from week one, and the same numbers guide who we send new families to.
Measurement in every session
Validated scales for the right ages run between visits, and the results reach you before the session, so care is measured, not guessed.
A clinical team on call
Biweekly clinical office hours with the Clinical Director, one-to-one support when you ask, and real-time support through in-product messaging. Supervision for associates and collaborating physicians for prescribers are in place.
