Biography
My goal is to understand where you come from and where you want to go. My approach is curious, non-judgmental, and casual. I love working with all ages from very young children to the elderly. I especially focus on neurodivergence, trauma, and difficult family relationships. I’m a parent, a chronic illness warrior, and a lifelong nerd—roles that give me empathy, humor, and perspective in the work I do every day.

My child looks forward to speaking with her Therapist each week. It’s so important that we have someone to talk to outside of our family to help us navigate tough situations. This weekly appointment has held us accountable for meeting our goals each week. We are so thankful and our home life continues to improve.
