Biography
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I have been working in the mental health field for 7 years, and have experience working with families and children that are survivors of traumatic experiences. I have experience helping these families and individuals navigate both anxiety and depression-related disorders. I like to help families and children navigate hard experiences and emotions in hopes of facilitating healing. I often take a client-centered and affirmative approach which allows the client to be in control of their own healing journey. I believe much of this work starts with a kind and trusting therapeutic relationship.
