Biography

I am a patient and empathetic registered marriage and family therapy intern with extensive experience working with children, teens and young adults who have been impacted by trauma. I utilize a variety of trauma-informed techniques and modalities in my work including DBT, play therapy techniques, EMDR techniques, and solution-focused therapy. My goal is to create a warm and safe environment where individuals can share and feel seen and heard.
