As always, Tiffany not only listens to understand and build upon, but she also leverages what she's learned to challenge my thinking. She makes me more aware of my own hindrances and helps me build processes to overcome them positively. My marriage has improved and I can earnestly say that both Individually and collectively we've grown stronger as a result of our weekly sessions. They are a true highlight of our week!

I appreciate Mary’s attentiveness, Mary holds me accountable to the desires I want for myself. I appreciate that throughout my session she asks me questions that further my self awareness.Teaching me the value of holding space for my needs. I notice the freedom I have when speaking up for myself without guilt. I look forward to sessions down the line .. I think i’ve had about 4-5 sessions and I feel her approach has already helped me continue my self discovery with optimism and confidence.
