Biography

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist deeply committed to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s complex challenges. My therapeutic approach is grounded in creating a safe, friendly, and entirely non-judgmental environment where clients feel truly heard, valued, and empowered to initiate meaningful growth. Believing that every individual possesses unique strengths, I utilize a creative and collaborative style to help clients cultivate resilience, gain clarity, and build a stronger sense of self-worth. Drawing from a diverse professional background, I bring a unique lens to my clinical work. I have extensive experience working across a wide variety of settings, including elementary, middle, and high schools, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, community mental health clinics, and private practice. This breadth of experience allows me to deeply understand the systemic and environmental factors that influence mental well-being across the lifespan. I specialize in working with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan (ages 10 and older). Clinically, my primary areas of focus include anxiety, school and social issues, and social media addiction, though I am highly skilled in addressing a broad range of concerns such as ADHD, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and stress. To best meet the individual needs of my clients, I integrate evidence-based practices with creative interventions, drawing regularly from: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Motivational Interviewing Art Therapy & Family Therapy modalities Whether you or your child are navigating academic pressures, managing digital wellness, or working through personal transitions, my goal is to walk alongside you, uncover your natural strengths, and help you forge a path toward lasting personal growth.
