Biography
I help pre-teens, teens, and adults (ages 10+) navigate anxiety, social issues, digital wellness, depression, and life transitions. Drawing on my background across schools, inpatient hospitals, and clinics, I create a warm, creative space where clients feel valued and empowered. I integrate CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Art Therapy to help you build resilience and lasting growth.

I felt super confident with the session and I know what it will be the next steps in the process. I wish I found you before. When you raise a child with disabilities it is important to know how to deal and have the tools to handle it.
