Dr. Jon introduced me to the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Framework in a way that really made sense. He explained it with care and clarity, and it gave me a whole new perspective on how to understand and work with the different parts of myself. It was one of the most insightful sessions I’ve had so far.

I appreciate Mary’s attentiveness, Mary holds me accountable to the desires I want for myself. I appreciate that throughout my session she asks me questions that further my self awareness.Teaching me the value of holding space for my needs. I notice the freedom I have when speaking up for myself without guilt. I look forward to sessions down the line .. I think i’ve had about 4-5 sessions and I feel her approach has already helped me continue my self discovery with optimism and confidence.

It was helpful that we were walked through the process of what our first session would look like. I think it eased my daughter’s mind for the next session she will have.
