Alex Bachert

Alex Bachert is a freelance copywriter with more than 10 years of experience in the mental health space. With a masters degree in public health, Alex is passionate about empowering people to make informed decisions about their health and well-being. Her writing has appeared in Rula, Charlie Health, Ro, and MedPage Today, among other health care startups and publications. Alex is also a member of her town's Board of Health. 

When she's not writing about mental health, Alex enjoys reading, playing pickleball, and spending time in nature with her three kids.
