What changed when adults got the right support

Tiffany has been a great experience thus far. Her calming dominar helps allow you to express yourself easily. She knows just the right questions to ask to create the bigger picture. I am happy to have found Tiffany and hope to continue to work with her to better myself and resolve my childhood traumas.

Helpful because I was able to recall triggering memories without getting as upset. And Deanna gave me space to sit in my grief and honor it. She challenges me to confront things I have avoided for years.

Somalia is always very supportive and encouraging

Starting out with the feelings wheel helped me name my feelings first, then talking through everything was helpful. I didn't realize how I was feeling until I saw some of the adjectives. It was the perfect mix of feeling better letting all of my frustrations out, but also learning tools to help with phobias.
