Hello welcome to my page. I am an LPC in the state of Texas and I work with women, young adults, and children/teens who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or are going through difficult transitions. Many of my clients are used to holding a lot in, trying to meet expectations, and taking care of others while quietly struggling themselves. I also support neurodivergent clients, including those on the autism spectrum, who may feel misunderstood or exhausted from trying to navigate environments that don’t always fit how they naturally think or process the world. When working with children, I use play-based and developmentally appropriate approaches to help them express emotions, build coping skills, and feel safe and understood. I also work closely with parents to support them in better understanding and responding to their child’s needs. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I draw from CBT and mindfulness, while also creating space for you to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and feel genuinely heard. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling more clear, more grounded, and more connected to yourself not just getting through things but understanding what you need and how to support yourself moving forward. I look forward to getting to know you more in the therapy room. Hola, y bienvenidos.
